Elaine has a master’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Coaches Institute (CTI). Elaine is a member of the New Talent Management Network - Boston City Group where she currently serves on the Steering Committee, and a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) where she served on the Conference Planning Committee. She is also a member of the Boston Facilitator's Roundtable and the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Prior to becoming a consultant, Elaine worked internally for 17 years as a human resources leader, spearheading company-wide change initiatives and developing talent and leadership development programs and systems. She held senior leadership and organizational development positions at IDX Systems Corporation, Putnam Investments, Keystone Investments, and BayBanks, Inc.
