Elaine has a master’s degree in Education and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University. She is a Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Coaches Institute (CTI). Elaine is also an active member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF), the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), the New Talent Management Network - Boston City Group, the OD Learning Group, the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Association of Career Professionals International - New England Chapter (ACPI-NE), and the Central Massachusetts American Society for Training and Development (CMASTD).
Prior to becoming a consultant, Elaine worked internally for 17 years as a human resources leader, spearheading company-wide change initiatives and developing talent and leadership development programs and systems. She held senior leadership and organizational development positions at IDX Systems Corporation, Putnam Investments, Keystone Investments, and BayBanks, Inc.
