Assessment
We offer a variety of tools and approaches to help increase leaders’ awareness of their values, style, capabilities, interpersonal relationships, and career interests. We conduct interviews and are certified and/or qualified to administer and interpret the following assessments:
- Personality/Style: Hogan Assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), DiSC, StrengthsFinder 2.0
- Leadership Competencies: KF360 with Korn Ferry or Lominger Leadership Competencies, Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks® 360
- Emotional Intelligence: Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and EQ360
- Interpersonal Relations and Conflict: FIRO-B, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Model Instrument (TKI)
- Career: Strong Interest Inventory, Career Anchors
